1. About this website

This website describes Vaahi AI and lets you request early access. Vaahi AI is currently in beta. Features, plans and prices shown here may change before general availability.

2. Plans and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and exclude 18% GST. Fair-use limits apply. The prices and plan contents on this website are for information only. Your subscription is governed by the order form and customer agreement you sign with us, which take precedence over this website.

3. Early access requests

Submitting the form does not create a contract or guarantee access. We may contact you, offer access, or decline a request at our discretion. Please give accurate details and only submit information you are entitled to share.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, send spam or automated submissions, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Vaahi AI name, logo, mascot, product film, text and design on this website belong to Dexio LabX Private Limited. Other product names, such as Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail and WhatsApp Business, are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

6. Vaahi AI Marketplace

Information about the Marketplace and builder earnings is indicative. Revenue share and payout terms are set out in a separate builder agreement.

7. No warranty

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about its completeness, accuracy or availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Dexio LabX is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data you share through this website.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, including the High Court of Judicature at Madras, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
