This policy explains how Dexio LabX Private Limited ("Dexio LabX", "we", "us"), the company behind Vaahi AI, handles personal data collected through this website. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

When you fill in the early-access form, we collect:

• Your name and work email (required)
• Company name, team size, industry and the workflow you describe (optional)
• The plan or programme you asked about, such as Professional or the Marketplace

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your request and arrange early access or a call
• To understand which workflows and industries need Vaahi most
• To keep the website secure and stop spam

We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website and reply to you, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website
• Google LLC (Google Workspace), which delivers form submissions to our inbox
• Google Fonts, which serves the website's typefaces

Some of these providers may process data outside India. We share data with authorities only when Indian law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data
• Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing done before you withdrew it.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf
• Raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India

To use any of these rights, email sales@dexiolabx.com with the subject "Privacy request". We aim to respond within 30 days.

7. How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable security safeguards to prevent personal data breaches, and we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires if one occurs.

8. Children

This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

9. The Vaahi AI product

This policy covers the website only. How Vaahi AI handles your business data once you use the product, including masking of sensitive data and row-level security, is set out in your customer agreement.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
